For a local file, verify that it has transferred completely and opens in the intended player. File organization matters when several versions have similar names. Keep a clear distinction between the original download, a converted copy and a small test export. That prevents a successful rehearsal with one file from being mistaken for a successful check of another.

Separate the file wrapper from its contents
